Applicable to:

RoboVac 11S, RoboVac 30C, RoboVac 25C, RoboVac 15T, RoboVac 35C, RoboVac G10 Hybrid, RoboVac G30 Verge, RoboVac G30 Hybrid, RoboVac X8, RoboVac X8 Hybrid, RoboVac L70 Hybrid, RoboVac G20, RoboVac G20 Hybrid, RoboVac LR30 Hybrid, RoboVac L35 Hybrid, RoboVac G35+, RoboVac G40 Hybrid+

Except for LR30 Hybrid+, L35 Hybrid+, and G+ series models charge with an auto-empty station, all other models charge with a charging base. The light on the charging base/auto-empty station refers to the charging base/auto-empty station function.

On: the Charging Base/auto-empty station connects to AC power
Off: the Charging Based/auto-empty station is not connected to AC power

If the light is off when the charging base/auto-empty station is connected to AC power and the RoboVac is not docked, please follow the steps below for troubleshooting:

  1. Reconnect the AC adapter to the charging base/auto-empty station and the other side to another wall outlet.
  1. Try an alternative AC adapter if you have one.

Note: For L70 Hybrid, the light on the charging base is off when RoboVac is docked into it.

If it still doesn't light up, please contact us to replace the charging base.
