My eufy Entry Sensor Discharges Quickly

Modified on Wed, 10 Dec at 11:17 AM

eufy Entry Sensor uses CR123A lithium-ion battery and the battery usually lasts up to two years under normal usage before the battery needs to be replaced. If your eufy Entry Sensor is discharging quickly, it is usually due to the following reasons.

Settings and Location of the Entry Sensor

Please launch the eufySecurity app > select your Entry Sensor > Sensor Settings > Notification, and then adjust the status alert accordingly.

Defective Battery

If the location and settings of your eufy Entry Sensor have been verified without issues, then it is most likely the battery may either be defective or needs to be replaced. Please visit My eufy Entry Sensor Cannot Power On for instructions on how to replace the battery.
