If the live stream of the 4G Starlight Camera cannot be viewed, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
- Pull down on the app home page to refresh the device’s status.
- Make sure your camera is online and is not in a low-battery status.
- If you moved the camera recently, check its signal strength to make sure the signal strength is strong at the new location.
- Press and release the SYNC button. If the LED indicator light does not light up, it means the camera has been turned off manually or the battery is low. If this is the case, please try to recharge the camera.
- Try to remove the camera from the app, and then add it again.
If the live stream still cannot be viewed, please contact us for assistance.
