There are two methods available for creating a backup of your photos in the event that something happens to your frame.
Establish a cloud backup:
Frameo+ is the subscription service provided by Frameo to facilitate a cloud backup of your frame. Wait for a green cloud icon with a checkmark to confirm that your photos have been successfully backed up to the cloud.
Backup to external storage:
An external storage is the option to back up your photos, friends, and settings onto your SD card The timestamp of the most recent successful backup will also be displayed here.
Many frames require a FAT32 formatted microSD card with a maximum capacity of 32GB. Please consult the manufacturer of your frame for specific compatibility information regarding your device.
Restoring a backup:
Before proceeding with the restoration of your frame, ensure that your backup is current. This can be verified by checking the date listed under “Backup frame to external storage (e.g., microSD card).”
To back up to a frame that is already configured, you must first reset that frame.
- Please note that resetting a frame will erase all information you have previously added, so ensure that you are not overwriting a frame that already contains files.
