RENPHO Foam Roller - How do I use the different textures?

This Vibrating Foam Roller comes with three different textures that offer a different experience when operating the rollder.

Texture 1 - Thinner water ripplesHelps to stimulate tense muscle for a more intensive massage experience

Texture 2 - Wider water ripples

Increases the contact area between the roller surface and the body part so you experience a gradual relaxation of the muscles

Texture 3 - Widest water ripples

This will relax the muscles completely for a deep relaxation
