Unable to start the device:
- Check whether the DC head of the 12V power cord is damaged or worn.
- Check whether the fuse of the power plug is disconnected or damaged.
No touch control response:
- Touch control is invalid during powering up of the device. Wait for the device to be powered on before using it.
- Check whether the touch control is damaged. Do not touch the display screen with any sharp object as the screen is easily scratched and damaged.
