What to do if I forget my eufy Clean password?

If you forget the eufy app login password, there are two methods to reset the login password. 

Method one

1. On the login page, click “Forget Password”.

2. Enter your email address that is associated with the eufy account, click “Send Verification Email” and you will receive an email. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password. 

Method 2

If you are already in the eufy app, please follow the instructions below to reset the password. 

1. Click the side menu , then click “View Account”.

2. Click “Change Password” -> “Forget Password”, and type in your 

3. Enter your email address, click “Send Verification Email”, you will receive an email. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
