What should I do if my L60 Hybrid series does not mop well/not dispense water?

If your robot L60 Hybrid series is not mopped well or you find it is not dispensed with the water, please wet the mopping cloth before use, and run it again to see if it is better. If not, please try the troubleshooting below:

  1. Whether it has added cleaning fluids & disinfectants or other liquids from different brands.
  2. Check if any foreign objects are blocking the water outlet of the water tank.

  1. Confirm if the water output level set in the APP is on a low setting; it can be adjusted to a higher setting. Install the mop bracket without the mop cloth and run the machine to observe the water dispensing situation.

  1. Reinstall the mopping module and confirm whether there is a voice prompt saying "Mopping module has been installed." If there is no such voice prompt, please check if there is a magnet on the mop bracket.
