What should I do if my Omni C20's base station displays a steady red light?

If the base station of your Omni C20 displays a steady red light, it means there is an error with the base station. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check if there are any error notifications on the app.

  2. Ensure that the clean and dirty water tanks are properly placed in the base station.

  3. Verify that the float in the clean water tank can rise upwards, as illustrated in the image below.

  1. Ensure that the lids on both the clean and dirty water tanks are properly closed. Restart the robot's cleaning operation to conduct a test; if everything functions correctly, the steady red light on the base station will switch to a white light.

  2. Verify if the dirty water tank is full.

  3. Check if the clean water tank is empty.

  4. Confirm that the cleaning tray is correctly positioned in the base station.

  5. Ensure the dust bag is properly positioned. Please remove and reinstall the dust bag to see if the problem persists. Normally, you should hear a "click" sound when the dust bag is correctly fitted in the base station. If necessary, wrap some adhesive tape around the cardboard. If you hear a "click" sound and the steady red light on the base station shifts to a white light, it suggests that the cardboard dimensions were incorrect.   1. Launch the app and turn on the Log Upload feature.

  2. Place the Omni C20 at the base station.

  3. Start the Omni C20 from the base station to perform cleaning and dust collection tasks. This procedure will help us identify the issue's root cause.
