What should I do if my E25/E28 robot's roller mop is not drying completely?

Modified on Tue, 11 Nov at 3:38 PM

If your E28 robot's roller mop is not drying completely, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Please check the cleaning tray for any accumulated water, as excessive humidity may indicate an issue with the drainage system, resulting in too much moisture in the roller mop.

Furthermore, the robot's base station automatically adjusts the drying temperature based on surrounding environmental conditions to improve user experience. By default, it is set to Adaptive Drying mode. However, in environments with high humidity, this may lead to insufficient drying results. If the default mode does not completely dry the roller mop, please switch to Standard Drying mode for improved drying results.
