On the other hand, for households with thresholds higher than 2cm that also require cleaning, there is also a solution. Users can simply purchase light-colored auxiliary threshold ramps, which can assist the robot in overcoming these taller obstacles. Additionally, the S1 Pro robot is also equipped with a safety function called the Visual Anti-Drop function to prevent the robot from falling, such as tumbling down the stairs. For homes without such risks, users have the option to disable the Visual Anti-Drop function via the eufy app. Please note that turning this function off can enhance the robot's threshold-crossing ability, allowing for a more seamless cleaning experience across various complex environments.
