What if my H30/H20/H15 becomes very hot?

Modified on Tue, 11 Nov at 3:39 PM

Please check which part is warm/hot first.

  • Handle is warm/hot

If the HomeVac has been vacuuming continuously for several minutes on the Max mode, it’s normal that the vacuum’s handle feels warm. Please power off the vacuum and it will cool down after a few minutes.

  • Suction fan is warm/hot, and you can feel the air passing through is also warm. Please check the following:
  1. Check if the dust bin is full or needs to be cleaned.
  2. Check if debris is clogged in the filter. Clean the filter if needed.
