When you remove the battery from the RoboVac, you might find there is a "date" printed on the battery pack. Some customers might have a concern about it. For example, when it says "date: 2011", does it mean the battery was produced in the year 2011?
The answer is NO. It is the year and week when the battery was made. So the time of the example would be "Week 11 in the year 2020".
Please know that the above information is for the previously manufactured battery batch. You can refer to the below picture for the newly manufactured battery batch. The production date of the new battery pack is now in the QR code information.
Lithium batteries, like any other type of battery, have a certain lifespan. This is because batteries work by producing electrical energy through chemical reactions, and these chemical reactions will gradually weaken over a certain period of time, resulting in a decline in battery performance.
Please note that battery life is also affected by the environment in which it is used, such as temperature and humidity. Therefore, if you notice a decrease in battery performance or the battery is no longer able to continuously power your device, replace the old battery with a new battery as soon as possible.
