If you are experiencing issues with your RoboVac's side brush falling off constantly, please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

1. If the side brush fell off while your RoboVac was cleaning, please confirm whether it was caught by a rug or other objects.

2. Please note that when installing a side brush, simply press it all the way down until you hear a clicking sound. Otherwise, the side brush is not properly installed, and it may fall off during cleaning. On the other hand, when the side brush is properly installed, it will require some force for you to remove it from the RoboVac.

3. If you happen to still have the spare side brush that came with the vacuum, please try installing the new side brush on your RoboVac to verify whether the new side brush also falls off easily.

4. If you are unable to hear a clicking sound when installing a side brush, please try the following steps:

Step 1) Remove the side brush.

Step 2) Remove the screw that is holding the metal clip on the side brush connector.

Step 3) Carefully bend the clip slightly outwards.

Step 4) Screw the metal clip back on the side brush connector.

Step 5) Install a side brush again to verify whether you are able to hear a clicking sound after pressing the side brush all the way down.
