RoboVac’s Voice Alerts When It Encounters an Issue
Some of eufy’s RoboVac models provide users with audible voice alerts when the RoboVac encounters an issue. In order to correctly troubleshoot and resolve specific issues of your RoboVac, please first find out the exact voice alert error triggered by the RoboVac.

What Caused Voice Alert: Error 21? (The RoboVac L70/G series are charged by charging base, while the G+ series are charged by auto-empty station)
This error is triggered when the surrounding area near the RoboVac’s charging base/auto-empty station is blocked by objects. This could be caused by having various objects near RoboVac’s charging base/auto-empty station, resulting in RoboVac not being able to successfully return to its charging base/auto-empty station.

How Do I Fix Voice Alert: Error 21?
To troubleshoot and fix this specific issue, please follow the steps listed below:

  1. Pause the RoboVac.
  1. Remove any objects found near the charging base/auto-empty station that could potentially obstruct RoboVac’s path when it navigates back to the base/station. It is also recommended to have a clearance of 1.6 feet on either side and 4.9 feet in front of the charging base/auto-empty station.
  1. Place the RoboVac at approximately 10 feet away from the charging base/auto-empty station.
  1. Start the RoboVac and select the command for the RoboVac to return to its charging base/auto-empty station, and verify if the RoboVac is able to successfully navigate and dock itself on the charging base/auto-empty station without issues.

Note: Please make sure the charging base/auto-empty station is connected to a wall outlet and is powered on. RoboVac will not be able to find its charging base/auto-empty station if the base/station is not powered on.
