What Caused Voice Alert: Error 3/S3?

This error is triggered when RoboVac’s side brush is not spinning properly. This could be caused by the side brush getting tangled up or stuck by objects on the floor, resulting in the side brush unable to spin freely.

How Do I Fix Voice Alert: Error 3/S3?

To troubleshoot and fix this specific issue, please follow the steps listed below:

  1. Power off the RoboVac.
  2. Remove the side brush using a screwdriver and remove any hair and debris from the connector on the vacuum and the side brush.
  3. Install the side brush on the RoboVac using a screwdriver.
  4. Power on and start the RoboVac to verify its side brush issue has been resolved.
  5. Reset the vacuum to the factory settings. (For L70 Hybrid, when to "reset WiFi" and to "reset to factory settings"?)

Note: If the issue persists after thoroughly cleaning the side brush, please run the RoboVac without the side brush to verify if it still alerts. If the RoboVac itself runs fine without issues, then it is time to replace the side brush due to wear-and-tear since it’s a consumable part.
