If your WetVac can be charged normally (The LED display lights up and shows the battery percentage) but does not start up at all when you press the On/Off button, please check the following:
- Check whether the handle bar is in the right place. When the handle bar is installed correctly, you will hear a clicking sound. Grab the handle and lift the vacuum up to make sure the handle bar will not detach from the vacuum. You can refer to the following video to install the handle bar:
How to Install and Remove the Handle Bar
- Check whether the On/Off button on the handle can be pressed normally.
- Use a pen or other smaller tools and insert it into the unlocking hole to release the handle bar, then please check to verify the six metal pins at the bottom of the handle bar are not damaged.
If the above tips did not resolve your issue, please email us with photos showing the physical issue mentioned above or a video showing the issue for further assistance.
