What should I do if the dirty water tank on my WetVac W31 leaks?

Modified on Tue, 11 Nov at 3:41 PM

Adding eufy cleaning solution into the clean water tank makes cleanup easier, but please note adding too much cleaning solution could result in excessive foam bubbles that could lead to the foam bubbles overflowing from the dirty water tank. Additionally, if the filter is not completely dry before the vacuum starts cleaning, it could also cause the dirty water tank to start leaking.

If the dirty water tank on your WetVac is leaking, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:

  1. Drain the water in the clean water tank and the dirty water tank, then fill the clean water tank with water and a cleaning solution. It is recommended to add 2 bottle caps of cleaning solution into a full tank of clean water with a dilution ratio of 1:40 to 1:50.
  2. Please make sure the filter is completely dry before using the vacuum or simply replace it with the extra dry sponge filter provided in the package.
