If your eufy 4G LTE Cam S330 does not emit a beeping sound after the SYNC button is pressed during the setup process, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
- Please press and hold the SYNC button for at least 4 seconds.
- Please try to charge the camera for at least 10 minutes with a 5V/2A charge, and then check if the LED is solid blue.
- Reset the camera by pressing the sync button for more than 8 seconds.
If your eufy 4G LTE Cam still does not emit a beeping sound, please contact us for assistance.
