What Should I Do if the 4G LTE Cam S330 Goes Offline?

1. Check the camera’s battery level. If it's too low, charge the battery.
2. Press and release the SYNC button to check if the camera has been switched off. If the LED does not light up, turn the camera on via the Settings menu or press and hold SYNC for 2 seconds to restart manually.
3. Check if your 4G/Wi-Fi network has a signal.
4. Remove the camera from your eufy Security app devices, then add it again.
