In order to help you get through the setup process quicker, a QR code is provided to let the eufy app know the serial number of your device in order to set up the Bluetooth connection between the device and the app.
Usage
Each QR code is unique to help identify the camera. Use them to quickly set up devices or receive technical support from the eufy team.
Data Safety
If you lose the manual or camera with the QR code, your local data will not be compromised. Only the same eufy account and setup code can access storage data.
Incorrect QR Code
If you scan the correct QR code and it still prompts the “Incorrect QR Code”, you can try to input the SN code manually by tapping the "Input Manually" on the bottom of the QR code scanning page.
