Indoor Cam E30: Why Isn't My Camera Recording Videos?

If your Indoor Cam E30 is not recording videos, please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Ensure the Camera Is Online

    • Confirm your camera is connected to the Internet and its status is online in the eufy Security app.

  2. Check Storage Options

    • Ensure you have at least one storage option, such as a microSD card or a Cloud storage plan.

  3. Enable Motion or Sound Detection

    • Ensure motion or sound detection is enabled in Camera Settings.

    • Go to Settings > Detection Settings to check.

  4. Adjust Detection Sensitivity

    • Ensure the camera has an appropriate sensitivity level to detect motion.

    • Refer to the Sensitivity Setup Guide for proper configuration recommendations.

  5. Enable Video Recording in Security Mode

    • Ensure the Video Record box is checked in the camera’s Security mode.

    • Navigate to Settings > Security > Home/Away > Home/Away Settings > Video Record and confirm it's activated.

  6. Re-add the Camera

    • If the previous steps did not resolve the issue, please remove the camera from the app, add the camera to the app again, and then attempt to record a new video.
