No. The Voice Announcements feature on the Smart Display E10 cannot be customized, but it can be enabled or disabled at any time.
To enable or disable the Voice Announcements feature, tap the gear icon located in the upper right corner of the home screen > select Auto Live View > enable or disable Voice Announcements.
