eufy Smart Display E10 - How to Make Your Live Stream Faster and More Stable

Modified on Wed, 10 Dec at 11:23 AM

Here are some troubleshooting suggestions:

1. Keep your camera close to the signal source (router or HomeBase).

- If your camera works with a HomeBase, keep them within 5 meters (about 20 feet) of each other.,

- Make sure the HomeBase is connected to your router using an Ethernet cable.

2. Use the same network for both your smart display and camera.

- Using them over the same local network helps maintain a more stable connection.

- When accessing the camera from outside your local network, the increased complexity can slow down your live stream.

3. If you have many devices at home, consider using QoS (Quality of Service) or SQM (Smart Queue Management) on your router to limit the camera’s speed to under 20 Mbps. This helps prevent network congestion and ensures other devices can also run smoothly.
