What Should I Do if My eufyCam Cannot Power On?

If your eufyCam is unable to power on, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify whether the issue can be resolved:

  • Use a micro-USB cable to connect the eufyCam to the HomeBase, and check if the LED indicator light on the eufyCam lights up indicating the camera is charging. If the LED indicator light on the eufyCam lights up, please charge the camera for 6 hours. If the LED indicator light on the eufyCam does not light up, please try using another micro-USB charging cable.
  • Use another 5V/2A power adapter to charge the eufyCam. If the LED indicator light on the eufyCam lights up, please charge it for 6 hours.
  • Check the temperature since eufyCam has an operating temperature from -4°F to 122°F.
