Server Connection Issues

If you’re having trouble uploading data to or performing operations on eufy's server, you might have encountered one of these issues:

  • Data limitation: Check your Wi-Fi settings and remove limits for the camera to connect with the server.
  • Server busy: Service has probably stalled due to too many devices uploading at the same time. Try again later.
  • CODE 1003: Failed to activate your camera on the eufy Server.
  • CODE 1004: Failed to link your camera and your account on the eufy Server.
  • CODE 2013: Failed to set up the P2P connection.
