1. Why is there no beep when the camera's SYNC button is pressed?

• Try again. Hold the SYNC button for 2 seconds.
• If you still don't hear a beep, hold SYNC for more than 10 seconds. This restarts the camera.

2. Why is the LED of the camera steady blue-violet during setup?

• The camera takes about one minute to start. After the camera has finished booting up, the LED turns from blue-violet to blue. Please do not disrupt the process.
• Make sure you use the original or a 5V 2A equivalent power adapter. Otherwise, the camera will not receive sufficient power to work.
