Troubleshooting Camera Updates

  1. Check if your Wi-Fi network has a strong signal.
  2. Ensure the signal between the camera and router is strong.
  3. Check the camera's LED status.
  • If alternately flashing red and blue, the camera is updating. Wait about 5 minutes and check the camera status again.
  • If off, press the camera's SYNC button.
  1. If none of the above steps work, contact eufy Support.
