Indoor Cam C220 - Why can't I receive push notifications?

  1. Please make sure if you allow the eufy Security App to access your phone’s notifications in your phone’s setting.
  2. Please make sure if your camera is in a snooze duration. You can check it on the homepage.
  3. Please make sure you have enabled Push Notification in the security modes you have selected. You can go to Security > Home/Away > Home/Away Settings > Push Notification.
  4. Please make sure you have select at least one Notification type in your camera settings. You can go to Settings > Notification settings to check.
  5. Please make sure if you have enabled motion or sound detection on your camera settings > Detection settings.
  6. Please make sure the area you want to detect is located in the camera viewing area (≤8m/26ft).
  7. Please try to turn up the sensitivity level for detections.
  8. Please try to remove the camera and add the camera again in the app.
