- Optimal Environmental Conditions
- Only use the camera between 32 to 104°F (0 to 40°C).
- Avoid placing the camera in direct sunlight.
- Provide a cover for your camera. It cannot get wet.
- For best results, place your camera at a height of less than 2.6 ft (80 cm). This ensures visitors approach the camera at an angle where their faces are clearly visible. This makes it easier for you to see who's arriving at your home.
- If you need to monitor children, babies, or pets, we recommend placing the camera at a distance of 2ft (60cm) away from them so they remain within the field of view.
- For a better zoom-in/out experience, place the camera at least 8 ft (2.5 m) away from the monitoring area. This ensures people or pets remain clear and visible, even if they're far away.
- While we do not recommend this placement method, if you wish to monitor through a window, we suggest you:
- Keep the lens flush against the glass to avoid reflections and glare.
