Why can't I find my Wi-Fi?

If you can't find your Wi-Fi network in the Wi-Fi listing, these tips will help you solve the problem.

  • Make sure your router works properly and its network name is not hidden. If hidden, click "Others" and enter the Wi-Fi information manually.
  • Make sure the device is not out of your router's coverage.
  • Determine if your Wi-Fi uses WEP encryption. If so, change the encryption in your router. The camera doesn't support WEP encryption.
  • Rescan for networks.
  • Hold the "Set" button for 5 seconds to reset the device and restart the setup.
  • If you still can't find your Wi-Fi, contact us.
