If you are experiencing issues formatting your S100 Wall Light Cam’s local storage via the eufy Security app, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:

  1. Restart the Wall Light Cam by launching the eufy Security app > Wall Light Cam Settings > Restart Device, and then try to format the Wall Light Cam again after restarting the camera.
  1. If the Wall Light Cam fails to format again after restarting the camera, please verify your WiFi network is not experiencing any connectivity issues to the Internet.
  1. If your WiFi connection works without issues, please remove the Wall Light Cam from the eufy Security app and then set it up again as a new device.
