Most likely this is the result of your device losing connection to the internet.
1. Please check if there is a power outage. If yes, the status LED will turn off.
2. Please check if your router is disconnected from the internet. If yes, the Wall Light Cam's status LED will flash red.
3. Please check if you have changed to a new router or changed the Wi-Fi name or password. If yes, please change the Wi-Fi in the eufy Security app by going to Wall Light Cam Settings> General> Wi-Fi Connection.
4. Please check if you have moved the router's location that Wall Light Cam is out of Wi-Fi range.
