Try these steps to ensure Wall Light Cam can scan the QR code.
- Make sure your phone's screen brightness is set to maximum.
- Make sure the distance between Wall Light Cam and the phone's screen is around 4 to 8 in (10 to 20 cm).
- To align with Wall Light Cam's camera, place your phone in view of the camera and tilt it to match the camera angle.
Note:
Try these steps if your device doesn't bind successfully.
1. Make sure it is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
2. Try changing the name and password of the Wi-Fi network. Avoid using special characters.
3. You can temporarily use your phone's Wi-Fi hotspot to bind the device. After that, you also change the Wi-Fi network in the eufy Security app by going to Wall Light Cam Settings > General > Wi-Fi Connection.
