Failed to Scan the QR Code for my eufy S220 SoloCam

If you are unable to scan the QR code for your S220 SoloCam, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

  • Please ensure the plastic film on the camera lens has been removed.
  • To ensure your phone can accurately scan the QR code, please keep the distance between your phone and the QR code at approximately 4~8 in/10~20cm apart.
  • Try slowly moving your phone closer or farther away from the camera lens.
  • Try increasing or decreasing the brightness level of your phone screen.
  • Avoid scanning the QR code in a dark environment or under direct sunlight.
