My eufy S220 SoloCam Cannot Be Charged

If you are experiencing issues charging your eufy S220 SoloCam, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

  • The LED indicator light on the camera will display a solid blue light when the camera is being charged. Please check whether the LED indicator light on the camera is displaying a solid blue light.
  • Please use the included charging cable and connect it to a charging adapter that is either 5V/2A or 5V/1A. If needed, please try a different charging cable and charging adapter. 
  • Please make sure the ambient temperature is between 32°F/0°C to 113°F/45°C while the camera is charging.
