My eufy S220 SoloCam Cannot Power On

If your eufy S220 SoloCam is unable to power on, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

  • Use a USB-C charging cable to connect your S220 SoloCam to a 5V/2A charging adapter and plug the adapter into a wall outlet, then check if the LED indicator light on the camera lights up to display a solid blue light to indicate that the camera is charging.
    • If the LED indicator light on the camera lights up, please charge the camera for four to five hours.
    • If the LED indicator light on the camera does not light up, please try using another USB-C charging cable.
  • Use another 5V/2A charging adapter to charge the camera.
    • If the LED indicator light on the camera lights up, please charge the camera for four to five hours.
    • If the LED indicator light on the camera does not light up, please try using another 5V/2A charging adapter.
  • Check the ambient temperature since eufy S220 SoloCam has an operating temperature range between -4°F/-20°C to 122°F/50°C.
