If your eufy S220 SoloCam starts recording videos later than expected, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
- Please select All Motions under the Detection Type in Motion Detection settings, and then increase the motion detection sensitivity level. Please launch the eufy Security app > select the Devices tab > S220 SoloCam > Camera Settings > Motion Detection.
- If you have set an activity zone, it is recommended to delete the activity zone. Please launch the eufy Security app > select the Devices tab > S220 SoloCam > Camera Settings > Motion Detection > Activity Zone.
