eufySecurity app does not charge any fees when you use your SmartDrop to retrieve packages and check SmartDrop’s live view. Whether there are any subscription fees when using SmartDrop depends on the storage method you choose.
If you choose to purchase eufy cloud backup as the storage option after the included 30-day free cloud backup trial expires, you can choose different service plans ranging from Basic to Premier packages. For more information regarding eufy cloud backup, please refer to Introducing cloud Backup.
