The Courier Did Not Drop Off the Package in the eufy SmartDrop

If the courier did not drop off the package in your SmartDrop, please try the following tips to inform the courier to use the SmartDrop for future deliveries:

1. Make sure the “The DELIVERIES” icon on the SmartDrop is easy to see.

2. Affix the included sticker on the top panel of your SmartDrop.

3. Make sure to note the PIN code (delivery PIN) in the shipping information.

4. Communicate with the courier.

5. You can also buy a sign to make sure the courier can notice the SmartDrop.
