For security purposes, it is required to enter your existing Master PIN code before setting up a new Master PIN code. However, if you have forgotten your SmartDrop Master PIN code, the only way to set up a new Master PIN code is to remove the SmartDrop from your eufy Security app and then set it up again as a new device in the eufy Security app.
Please launch the eufy Security app > SmartDrop Settings > select the Remove Device button to remove the SmartDrop from your account, then set it up again as a new device in the eufy Security app.
