Yes. S120 Solar Wall Light Cam can be installed outdoors. The camera will operate normally when the temperature is less than 70°C (158°F).
If the temperature reaches 70°C (158°F), the camera will send an overheating alert in the eufy Security app and then shut down. Once the temperature has cooled down, S120 Solar Wall Light Cam will turn back on and continue opearting normally.
At what height or angle should S120 Solar Wall Light Cam be installed?
We recommend mounting it 1.8 – 2.5 m (5 – 8.2 ft) above ground level.
I don't want to drill holes in my wall, is there another installation method?
We understand that some users prefer not drilling to install devices. During the design phase, our product team carefully considered all possible installation methods, including options without drilling. After extensive research and testing, we ultimately recommend using the mounting bracket and screws as it is the most reliable method, and provides the best protection for your property, but does require drilling.
