Weak or no camera signal?

The signal icon will show the connection strength between the camera and the router.

In most cases, the system’s range can cover a house of 3000sqft. The actual range will vary depending on a number of factors such as the thickness of walls, obstacles inside the house, and the location of the router.

If you have a poor signal or no signal displayed:

1. Please try moving your camera closer to your router.
2. Please try to make sure there are no obstacles around the router and camera.
3. Please try to use a mesh network of the router, or use a Wi-Fi range extender to extend the Wi-Fi signal.
