1. Make sure your router works properly and its SSID is not hidden. If hidden, click "Others" and enter the Wi-Fi information manually.
2. Keep your camera close to the router to make sure it can scan the Wi-Fi signal.
3. Refresh the Wi-Fi list in the app.
4. Hold the "SYNC" button for 2s to re-activate the camera.
5. If the above steps cannot solve the issue, hold the "SYNC" button for 8s to reset the camera. Wait about a few minutes to add it again.
