SoloCam S340

If your eufy S340 SoloCam failed to connect to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, try these troubleshooting steps:

Note: eufy S340 SoloCam only connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks, not 5GHz Wi-Fi networks. Make sure the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network SSID is not hidden, and the security protocol is set to either WPA or WPA2.

Please make sure S340 SoloCam has been fully charged, then launch the eufy Security app.

  1. Click the Devices tab, then go to Add Device.
  2. Select S340 SoloCam.
  3. Set the connection mode to "Connect to Router."
  4. Hold the SYNC button on S340 SoloCam for two seconds until you hear a beep. Tap Next.
  5. Turn on WLAN on your phone and join SoloCam's network.
  6. Select your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Tap Next.
  7. SoloCam will automatically connect to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
