Why doesn't the LED display turn on when I step on the Smart Scale?

Smart Scale C1, Smart Scale(T9140), Smart Scale P2 Pro, Smart Scale P2, Smart Scale P3, Smart Scale C20

If the LED display on the Smart Scale does not turn on when you step on the Smart Scale, it may be due to the following reasons:

1. The Smart Scale may not have batteries installed. Please install new AAA batteries.

2. Batteries are not installed correctly. Please remove and reinstall the batteries to ensure they are installed properly.

3. Batteries need to be replaced. Please install new AAA batteries.

Note: The Smart Scale(T9140), Smart Scale P2 series, and Smart Scale P3 require four AAA batteries, while the Smart Scale C1(T9146) and Smart Scale P1(T9147) require three AAA batteries.
