If your Robot Lawn Mower emits a voice alert stating "Steep slope detected, or tilt angle is too large" during operation, it typically indicates that the slope of the mowing area has exceeded the Robot Lawn Mower's safe operating incline limits. This is a safety feature designed to protect the Robot Lawn Mower from potential damage caused by excessive tilting.

The instructions provided below will help you quickly identify and fix the issue:

  1. Please check whether the slope where the Robot Lawn Mower is intended to mow is too steep. Please note that the Robot Lawn Mower can navigate a lawn with inclines of under 18 degrees.

  2. Position the Robot Lawn Mower on a level surface and continue its mowing operation to check if the error continues.

  3. To avoid the Robot Lawn Mower encountering the same issue again in that specific mowing area, it is recommended to create a virtual boundary or a "No-go Zone" through the app to prevent the Robot Lawn Mower from entering that area.

    1.  Note: Please watch the video below for visual instructions on creating a virtual boundary or a "No-go Zone." Link
