Uploading equipment operation logs will better help engineers analyze the abnormal operation status of your RoboVac.

*The feature is turned off by default.

Before turning on the "Activity Log Upload" feature, you may want to know

  • The device running log will only be uploaded when the log upload switch is turned on.
  • The device's running log does not contain sensitive personal information such as your location information.
  • The log is only used to help you analyze the abnormal operating status of your RoboVac, and it will not be used for other purposes.

Please refer to the following steps to turn on the "Activity Log Upload" feature:

  1. Open the eufy app.
  2. Tap the corresponding RoboVac to enter the device control page.
  3. Go to Settings > Robot Settings and turn on the "Activity Log Upload" button.
