Why Can't My RoboVac Go Backward Continuously When the "Back" Directional Button Is Pressed?

Applicable to:

RoboVac 15T, RoboVac 35C, RoboVac G10 Hybrid, RoboVac G30 Verge, RoboVac G30 Hybrid, RoboVac L70 Hybrid, RoboVac X8, RoboVac X8 Hybrid, RoboVac G35+, RoboVac G40 Hybrid+, eufy Clean G50 Hybrid, RoboVac 11S, RoboVac 30C, RoboVac 25C

When holding down the "back" button on the remote or on the app, the RoboVac can only go backward continuously while it's working/cleaning.

If the RoboVac is not activated/working, it will back up some distance and stop (repeats). If you want it to go backward continuously, please start cleaning first, then hold down the back button.

The RoboVac only has drop sensors on the front located below the front bumper, so it cannot detect any drop spots when it is going backward. There is a possibility that children or pets are pressing the back button by accident. This design is to avoid dropping off ledges when RoboVac is going backward.
