Get your "Custom Voice Pack" on the eufy App

RoboVac G30 Hybrid, RoboVac G30 Verge

You can customize your RoboVac's voice pack on the eufy app if you don't like the default voice-packs or if you simply want to personalize your RoboVac.

The "Custom Voice Pack" feature is available on the eufy app version 2.6.0 and later. Currently, it only supports G30 Series RoboVac, and it supports the same 14 languages as the default voice pack.

Please follow the steps below to activate the Custom Voice Pack:

Step 1: Open the side menu. You will find "eufy Lab" at the bottom.

• eufy Lab: A special section where we will add funny and experimental features.

Step 2: When you first open the Custom Voice Pack, you will see the Welcome message. Click "Start!" to create your voice pack.

• The Custom Voice Pack feature is currently experimental. It was only released for the RoboVac G30 Series. More RoboVac models will support this feature in the future.

Step 3: Please read the "Tutorial", and an operation guide and the Microphone access request will appear. Also, the surrounding noise will be detected every time you enter the recording page.

• If you failed the Noise detected, please find a quieter environment and try again.

Step 4: Now you can record 10 frequent scenarios' voice prompts.

• You can record all scenarios or skip any scenario if you want.
• The time limit of each audio recording is 7 seconds.
• All recordings will be automatically saved before they are uploaded unless you record again or change your phone or account.

Step 5: Once you have finished all scenarios recordings or jump to "Scenario List" directly, you can generate all of your recordings by clicking "Continuous".

• If you do not finish all scenarios, a window will pop-up. Select "Continue" to proceed to the next step.

Step 6: Select ONE RoboVac G30 series device from your added device list.

• If you have more than one RoboVac G30 device, you can choose any one of them, and the Custom Voice Pack will be synchronized to others' voice settings list.

Step 7: Select ONE standard voice pack from the list.

• Other scenario voice prompts which are not included in the custom voice scenario list, RoboVac will broadcast the voice prompt from your selected standard voice pack.

Step 8: When you click "Upload", your recordings will be uploaded and start to sync.

• The time of uploading the voice pack depends on the Internet environment, it usually takes less than 1 minute to complete.
• The time of "Sync" usually takes around 15 minutes, and eufy will notify you via a notification when it is ready.

Step 9: When the Custom Voice Pack is ready, the voice setting of the device which you selected will be updated.

• Please make sure the device is online. If the device is offline, please go to device page->Settings->Voice Settings to switch to your Custom Voice Pack manually.

Note: The Custom Voice Pack cannot be deleted. To remove the Custom Voice Pack, please switch the voice pack to any of the default voice packs in the eufy app to replace the Custom Voice Pack.
